Courgette

The courgette is long, green on the outside, fleshy on the inside and with a sweet flavour. It can be prepared in many ways: sauté, fried, baked, fried in batter, boiled… Its size differs. It is rich in fibre and barely has calories; therefore, it is ideal to include it in diets. It also contains vitamin C, vitamin B3 and pro-vitamin A.
