This is a bright red pepper, fleshy and with a very sweet taste. Just before it ripens, it is known as green pepper, but once it ripens completely and turns red, it acquires different properties. It has vitamins, among them B6 and C and it is antioxidant. It prevents cholesterol and helps reduce both anxiety and sleeplessness
